Soxhlet Extractor Set, Condenser Kit, 2 Packs

The glass looks and sounds right for the type it's supposed to be. Soxlhet and Allin condenser for together very well. The top of the siphon is a little tighter than I would have expected but it's open and functional so it's a non issue. I just haven't used it yet for any extractions.

Now only did everything arrive earlier than I thought, but also, when the post office made a mistake with one of the boxes and lost it, Labasics offered me two options — ship out another lab stand, or give me a refund. The soxhlet extractor works so well! The glass thimble and flasks are pretty easy to clean (was a concern of mine). All I needed was a bit of alcohol and baking soda. I was worried about the glass thimble -- they were out of the cellulose thimbles when I placed my order, which is what I would have gotten instead -- and I am much happier with this because its reusable and easy to clean.

My setup has been up and running most of the day for the past few days and I am deeply pleased with this purchase!
