Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed according to product type:
- Labware, Glassware, Accessories & Electrochemistry Products: 1–2 business days
- Laboratory Equipment: 5–20 business days, depending on product availability and order requirements
Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order for shipment and does not include transit time.
Certain laboratory equipment, bulk orders, customized products, or products requiring special preparation may require additional processing time. If a significant delay is expected, our team will contact you.
Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on product availability and fulfillment location. You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we split an order into multiple shipments.
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays.

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, the Northern Mariana Islands, and other eligible U.S. territories are subject to the following standard shipping rates:

Bulk & Large-Quantity Orders
For bulk or large-quantity orders, shipping methods, rates, and delivery times may vary depending on product availability, order size, and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.
Please allow time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If your order contains multiple products, you may receive more than one shipment and more than one tracking number.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international shipments, product and shipping prices generally do not include import duties, customs fees, value-added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees, or other taxes and charges imposed by the destination country, unless specifically stated at checkout.
Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The recipient is considered the importer of record and is responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and import requirements of the destination country.
Labasics does not control or determine customs duties, taxes, or customs processing times. Customs clearance may result in delays beyond the estimated transit time.
Customers are responsible for determining whether the products they order can be legally imported into their destination country.
International Product Compatibility
Products sold by Labasics may be designed primarily for the U.S. market.
Before placing an international order, customers are responsible for confirming that the product:
- Can be legally imported into the destination country
- Meets applicable local standards and regulations
- Is compatible with local voltage and electrical requirements
- Meets any applicable labeling, certification, or technical requirements
Electrical products may require an appropriate plug adapter, voltage converter, transformer, or other equipment depending on the destination country.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
If you notice an error after placing your order, contact support@labasics.shop as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.
If an order is returned, delayed, or requires reshipment because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives with visible shipping damage, please retain the product, packaging, shipping carton, and any packing materials.
Contact support@labasics.shop as soon as possible and provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the damage
- Photos of the damaged product
- Photos of the shipping carton and packaging
- Any other information requested by our support team
This information may be required to submit a claim with the shipping carrier and determine the appropriate resolution.
Missing or Lost Shipments
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, indicates delivery but you cannot locate the package, or you believe your shipment may have been lost in transit, please contact support@labasics.shop.
We may ask you to verify your shipping address, check with household members or receiving personnel, and contact the carrier as part of the investigation.
Our team will assist with the appropriate next steps based on the shipment status and carrier information.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and fulfillment location, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages or at different times.
When Labasics splits an order into multiple shipments for fulfillment purposes, you will not incur additional shipping charges solely because the order was split into multiple packages.
Separate tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on product type, size, weight, destination, carrier requirements, or applicable laws and regulations.
We reserve the right to cancel or modify the shipping method for orders that cannot be shipped using the selected method.
If we are unable to ship an item to your destination, we will contact you regarding available alternatives or cancellation of the affected item.
