At Labasics, we are committed to delivering reliable, high-quality lab equipment and supplies. Our warranty policies are designed to give you peace of mind with every purchase. All warranties below apply to products purchased directly from Labasics or authorized distributors.

Laboratory Equipment

  • 1-year full warranty from the date of purchase
  • Main components (motors, controllers, etc.): covered for 2 years
  • Optional extended warranty available for the 2nd and 3rd years (additional fee applies)

Glassware & Labware

  • Backed by a 1-year full coverage warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects

πŸ”§Β Repair or Replacement Policy

If a product is found to have a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, Labasics will either:

  • Repair it using new or certified parts, or
  • Replace it with the same or equivalent item (at our discretion)

Assessment will be made based on the condition and nature of the issue.

πŸ“©Β How to Request Warranty Service

Please contact us at support@labasics.com to begin a claim. Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos, if applicable

All warranty requests must be submitted within the coverage period and with proof of purchase.

🚚 Shipping Instructions

  • Items should be carefully packed to prevent further damage during return
  • Customers are responsible for shipping the product back to us within 30 days of identifying the issue
  • Labasics is not liable for damages incurred during shipping back to our facility

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

The following situations are excluded from warranty coverage:

  • Consumables (e.g., batteries, filters) unless faulty at delivery
  • Damage from non-Labasics parts or accessories
  • Serial numbers that are removed or altered
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Use of improper power sources or extension cords
  • Damage due to external factors (e.g., fire, flood, power surge, abuse)

🌍 Warranty by Region

U.S. Mainland (48 States)

  • Full 1-year coverage
  • Main parts: extended 2-year support
  • Customer responsible for issues caused by misuse or improper handling

Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Canada

  • Same coverage applies
  • Customer responsible for all shipping to/from authorized service providers

Other International Regions

  • 1-year limited warranty
  • Remote support available via email or phone
  • Labasics will ship essential parts when feasible; local service must be arranged by customer

To maintain warranty validity, customers must:

  • Follow installation and operation guidelines in the product manual
  • Use appropriate power sources (grounded outlet required)
  • Operate within safe environmental conditions (35Β°F–95Β°F / 2Β°C–35Β°C)
  • Maintain product in clean, suitable conditions

We understand accidents happen during lab work. That’s why Labasics offers a Limited Breakage Support Program:

If you accidentally break a piece of glassware within 1 year of purchase, you're eligible for a 10% discount on a replacement of the same item.

  • Applies only to accidental breakage
  • Does not cover intentional, negligent, or repeated misuse
  • Discount cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
