Regarding the noise, this is partly due to the vibration of the transducer in the inner tank. To help reduce it, you may try the following:
1. Add a bit more water during operation.
2. Always cover the tank with the lid.
3. For additional dampening, you can attach a thin silicone strip where the lid meets the inner tank to minimize friction noise.
These steps should help improve the overall experience. Please note that a small amount of noise is unavoidable due to the ultrasonic vibration, but these adjustments often make it quieter.
