The individual packing is perfect, so far we have not received any damaged product. One thing we would like to see improved is the shipping method.
We buy a minimum of 200 units at a time and they are being shipped in three separate packages which don't arrive simultaneously. Ideally, we'd like to see large bulk orders shipped in one master carton.

Regarding the shipping of bulk orders, we have multiple warehouses, and shipments are arranged based on the customer’s location to ensure faster delivery. If a particular warehouse does not have sufficient stock to fulfill the full order, the items may be shipped from multiple locations, which can result in separate packages.
We appreciate your suggestion and will continue to explore ways to improve our shipping process for large orders.
